ETRM Program Manager

A key Optimus client is looking for an experienced and highly qualified ETRM Program Manager to join the vibrant team.
You will oversee managing all aspects of the ETRM program as an ETRM program manager, in addition to supervising and carrying out the deployment of ETRM software systems.
Along with strong leadership and project management abilities, this position calls for a thorough knowledge of energy markets, trading procedures, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall ETRM program, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the implementation strategy for ETRM software systems.
Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and ETRM program deliverables.
Assess, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with ETRM systems and processes.
Collaborate with vendors to evaluate, select, and onboard ETRM systems.
Provide leadership and guidance to the ETRM program team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ETRM processes, systems, and workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 7 years of ETRM program management experience.
Strong knowledge of energy markets, commodities trading, and risk management practices.
Proven track record in delivering complex ETRM system implementations.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
