Job Description:
The Sr.
Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals and client expectations.
Key
Responsibilities:
Direct all phases of projects/programs from inception through completion Provide accurate monthly forecasts for revenue, GM and resource requirements to GM.
Develop project schedules/plans and execute accordingly.
Manages costs, billings and collections.
Completes project billings in a timely and accurate format to the client.
Maintains profitability goals and positive cash flow.
Responsible for field execution, coordination with subcontractors/vendors as applicable and work with customers/authorities/jurisdictions to obtain completion sign-off.
Act as primary customer contact for project/program activities, leading project/program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and performance.
Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer needs.
Ensures project document control follows contract requirements and company policy.
Oversees project construction for compliance with specifications, local codes and installation techniques.
Manages the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials.
Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
Support the sales team with accurate estimates, risk assessment and order obtainment.

BS Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering, /BBA or equivalent number of years of industry experience PMP certification a plus 5
years of Project Management experience in fabrication/system integration/manufacturing environment.
Solid understand of construction and fabrication contracting.
Solid understand of complex systems Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical and mechanical drawings.
Ability and willingness to travel both locally to project sites with overnight up to 10% as work load demands Posted On:
